Tidal Drip IV LLC (“Tidal Drip,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using our website or services, you agree to this policy.
To schedule and provide your IV therapy; to screen for safety and contraindications; to send confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups by text and email; to process payments; to keep required medical and business records; and to comply with law.
We share information only as needed to run our service, with vendors that act on our behalf, including: Google Workspace (intake forms, email, and storage — under a signed HIPAA Business Associate Agreement), Stripe (payments), Twilio (text messages), Resend (confirmation emails), Supabase (booking database), and Google Maps (travel/scheduling). We may disclose information when required by law or to protect health and safety. We do not sell your personal information.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and HIPAA-compliant handling of health data. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Medical records are retained for at least seven (7) years as required by Florida law. Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
You may request access to or correction of your information, opt out of text messages (reply STOP), and ask questions about your data by contacting us. Health-information rights are described in our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy; the “Effective Date” will reflect the latest version.

Tidal Drip IV LLC is committed to protecting your protected health information (“PHI”). We are required by law to maintain the privacy of your PHI, to provide you this Notice of our legal duties and privacy practices, and to follow the terms of the Notice currently in effect.
We will obtain your written authorization for uses and disclosures not described above (for example, marketing), and you may revoke that authorization at any time in writing.
We are required to maintain the privacy of your PHI, notify you of a breach of unsecured PHI, and abide by the terms of this Notice. We may change this Notice and apply the new terms to information we already have, with the updated Notice posted on our website.

Welcome to Tidal Drip IV LLC. By booking or using our services or website, you agree to these Terms.
We provide mobile IV therapy administered by a licensed registered nurse under physician standing orders. You must be 18 or older. A health screening and informed consent are required before every session. Our nurse may modify or decline a treatment at any time if it is not safe or appropriate for you; in that case you will not be charged for the declined treatment.
Our services are for wellness and hydration support and are not a substitute for emergency or primary medical care. See our Medical Disclaimer above. Call 911 in an emergency.
Bookings are made through our website and paid through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices are as listed at the time of booking and include travel within our service area.
Because we reserve time, prepare your supplies, and travel to you, the following applies:
IV therapy carries inherent risks (e.g., bruising, discomfort, infection, allergic reaction). By consenting, you acknowledge these risks. You agree to provide accurate health information; withholding relevant information may make treatment unsafe.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tidal Drip’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Santa Rosa County, Florida.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
